What You’ll Be Doing:

• Recruiting top-tier drivers: Source, engage, and qualify drivers for our client partners.
• Building relationships: Keep the communication strong with applicants from first contact to final hire.
• Managing the process: Ensure all necessary paperwork is in order and ready to go for each candidate.
• Supporting candidates: Help guide applicants through the hiring and onboarding process.
• Staying on top of your game: Follow up with applicants and clients to ensure everything is moving smoothly.
