  • Lead hazard identification efforts, conduct regular plant audits, develop corrective action plans, and track solutions to completion.

  • Manage the Health & Safety budget, including procurement of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), safety supplies, and first aid materials.

  • Prepare and present comprehensive weekly and monthly reports on all safety program metrics, incident trends, and key performance indicators.

  • Act as a Medical First Responder, providing initial first aid and emergency care as needed.

  • Lead incident investigations to determine root causes and manage the corrective action process to prevent recurrence.

  • Perform thorough safety reviews for all Management of Change (MOC) requests to ensure risks are identified and mitigated.

  • Partner with the plant leadership team to foster a proactive and positive safety culture.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring:

  • A minimum of 5 years of safety management and leadership experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of OSHA regulations, ANSI standards, NFPA standards, and Workers' Compensation laws.

  • Proven expertise in hazard recognition, risk assessment, and incident investigation.

  • Current certification or demonstrated knowledge and experience in First Aid, AED, and CPR.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage employees at all levels.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a data-driven approach.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
