The Role

We are hiring an innovative Product Manager to drive key initiatives that enhance user experience and drive product engagement. In this role, you will shape the direction of key features from concept to launch, and collaborate closely with design, engineering, and analytics to ideate and ensure positive product growth.

What You’ll Do: 

• Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver impactful features for users.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to inform product decisions.
• Define product requirements, write user stories, and prioritize features in the roadmap.
• Monitor and report on product performance, iterating based on user behavior and feedback.
• Communicate project status, risks, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.
• Help shape the roadmap by surfacing insights and proposing new opportunities based on user needs and business goals.

Requirements

What You Bring:

• You have proven expertise in product management with a focus on consumer web products.
• Experience in identifying and addressing gaps in systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• You thrive in ambiguity, adapting quickly to changing circumstances and effectively navigating uncertain situations.
• You have experience with aligning with the company's vision, and leading strategic product conversations.
• You possess a strong analytical mindset with experience running A/B tests, measuring feature performance, and presenting insights to leadership.

The Base Salary range for this position is $203,000 - $225,000 USD. This range reflects base salary only and does not include additional compensation or benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum range for a new hire across the US for the posted position. A candidate’s specific pay will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the candidate’s job-related skills, relevant education, training, experience, certifications, and abilities of the candidate, as well as other factors unique to each candidate.
