We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Online Luxury Travel Consultant to join our growing travel team. In this fully remote role, you will work with clients to design bespoke luxury travel experiences from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:
Itinerary Design: Craft personalized luxury travel plans tailored to each client’s preferences, including upscale accommodations, exclusive activities, private transportation, and fine dining options.
Client Consultations: Conduct virtual meetings or calls to understand clients’ travel interests, expectations, and budgets.
Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with premier travel vendors, luxury hotels, and tour operators to secure the best options and pricing.
Booking Management: Oversee all bookings and confirmations, ensuring accuracy and a seamless planning process.
Customer Support: Provide professional support throughout the planning process and during travel, handling any changes or emergencies.
Travel Research: Stay updated on luxury travel trends, destination news, and seasonal offerings to enhance itinerary recommendations.
Post-Trip Engagement: Follow up with clients after their trips to collect feedback and encourage repeat bookings or referrals.
Qualifications:
Experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable using online booking tools and virtual communication platforms.
Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.
