Job Description

The Dan Wolf Automotive Group is looking for an experienced License & Title Clerk to join organization! If you have a passion for accuracy, understand title processing, and have a strong willingness to learn and grow, we want to hear from you. This full-time role works Monday through Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM and offers a competitive salary range of $43,680 to $54,080 per year. Apply today and drive your career forward with us!

You will…

Process paperwork to establish or transfer ownership of vehicle
Process tax with Department of Revenue
Verify funds have been collect
Verify all information on documents are correct
Assign titles and MSO
Track and assign inventory
Communicate with customers, Banks, and other institutions regarding title and registration
Contact Financial institutions for title follow up on payoffs.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to motor vehicle titles and registration
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
