What You’ll Do
As our Immigration Attorney, you will manage a diverse caseload and represent clients across a wide spectrum of immigration matters. You will advise, strategize, litigate, and advocate, bringing clarity and confidence to people navigating some of the most complex legal challenges of their lives.
Key Responsibilities Include - Representing clients in deportation and removal proceedings
- Handling immigration bond hearings and detention-related matters
- Preparing and filing applications for asylum and withholding of removal
- Managing cancellation of removal cases
- Submitting FOIA requests for immigration records
- Assisting with citizenship and naturalization processes
- Filing green card renewals and family-based petitions
- Guiding clients through fiancé visa applications
- Advocating for survivors through Visa U, Visa T, and VAWA petitions
- Advising on investor visas and B-1/B-2 visitor visas
- Preparing and filing immigration appeals, motions to reopen, and motions to reconsider
You will work closely with clients from diverse backgrounds, often during deeply vulnerable moments. Compassion, precision, and strategic thinking are essential.
