Office Location: Pleasanton, CA
QUALIFICATIONS
The candidate will have a basic understanding of fundamental surveying principals and experience working with and supervising field survey crews. Must be proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office programs. Experience with Trimble Business Center software is preferred.The candidate should have strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively with internal survey and engineering team members and contractors. Must also have experience in reducing field data from leveling, Global Positioning Surveys (GPS), Topographic and Boundary surveys.The candidate will work under the supervision of a licensed Land Surveyor to perform survey-related tasks with minimal supervision.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Review and interpret construction, architectural, structural, landscape, joint trench and civil plans and drawings
Set up projects for different aspects of field survey as needed for field crews
Prepare support calculations, cut sheets, from plans and maps to assist field survey crews, coordination with multiple field survey crews
Inventory and maintain field survey equipment
Scheduling of multiple projects in various stages of planning, design, and construction

$75,000 – 125,000 (Depending on Experience)
