Could it be you? **About the role** As a Test Lead - Commercial Lending, you will make an impact by driving the testing strategy and execution for a large-scale loan servicing transformation program. You will be a valued member of the Banking & Financial Services Consulting team and work collaboratively with delivery leads, developers, business analysts, and client stakeholders. **In this role, you will:** + Develop and manage test plans for sprint-level and end-to-end testing across commercial lending systems. + Lead a dedicated workstream, coordinating test activities with cross-functional teams and ensuring timely execution. + Execute manual and automated tests, report results, and maintain a comprehensive defect log. + Manage dependencies, risks, and escalations related to testing and integration. + Ensure coverage across upstream and downstream systems, including source and target (ACBS) systems. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations. **What you must have to be considered** + 8+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a focus on financial services. Combination of skills in both manual and automation QA. + Strong domain knowledge in Commercial Lending and loan servicing operations. + Hands-on experience with ACBS. + Proven ability to lead testing workstreams and coordinate across agile teams. + Experience with both manual and automated testing tools and frameworks. + Up to 25% travel may be required. **These will help you succeed** + Experience working with FIS or similar vendors in lending modernization programs. + Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM). + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + ISTQB or equivalent testing certification. + Consulting experience with Fortune 500 clients or large banking institutions. + We're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
