**CTG is seeking to fill a Business Transformation Consultant Data Analytics for our client in Columbus, OH.** **Location:** Remote **Duration:** 6 months **Duties:** + Support the client's business transformation initiatives by leveraging data analytics tools and methodologies. + Drive the technical implementation of data-driven solutions that align with business objectives. + Build and optimize data schemas, actions, and wireframes for scalable analytics platforms. + Utilize PQL and other query languages to manage, transform, and analyze data effectively. + Assist in the design and execution of data visualization solutions to support key decision-making processes. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data scheduling needs and implement solutions accordingly. + Ensure technical support is available throughout the transformation lifecycle and provide troubleshooting as needed. **Skills:** + Proficiency in PQL (Pattern Query Language) and experience working with large-scale datasets. + Strong background in building data schemas, visualizations, and dashboard wireframes. + Knowledge of data scheduling and orchestration tools. + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical support capabilities. + Familiarity with business intelligence platforms and data visualization tools. + Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. **Experience:** + 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business transformation, or a related consulting role. + Proven track record in supporting enterprise-level data initiatives and technical implementations. + Experience working with diverse teams across business and IT functions. **Education:** + Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $55.00/hour to $60.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
