Automotive Title Clerk Millbrook NY

We are currently on the lookout for a talented Part time  DMV And Title Clerk.

The Title Clerk processes car deals to include New, Used, Dealer Swaps, Wholesale, and Company Owned. S/he prepares legal transfer documents for the DMV.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Bill out all Car Deals
• Process Registrations to DMV
• Maintain Registration timeline to customer
• Process Registration checks and mail registrations
• Complete Delivery Reporting to Manufacturer as requested/needed.
• Stock in new/used inventory, fill out folder and key tags and prepare deal jacket
• Maintain monthly sales logs
• Maintain vehicle inventories, plate logs and MV50 books utilizing NYS DMV Verifi system
• Daily parts and service deposit
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Exceptional written/oral communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to multi task in a fast-paced work environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with common dealer management systems and NYS DMV Verifi system is a plus
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks (MVR, drug test)
